With regard to your privacy, I don’t retain your personal data (unless the Akismet antispam program tells me you’re a regular spammer who tries to post spam comments).  I do use the NewStatPress Analytics package that gathers and collates IP addresses over a three-month time span, then discards the records. In other words, if you haven’t visited the site in over three months, there’s no record of your IP address in the NewStatPress database. I don’t share analytic data with cloud-based services or marketing groups. I use analytic data strictly for the purpose of better understanding the needs of my audience.
